‘In generously sharing your knowledge of embodied movements (that aid) in grieving processes, there is a deep sense of care — one that builds a connection to the past, present and future.’
Michelle Hannah 2022

‘What I value about your approach is the combination of structure and openness that offers guidance while giving participants the chance to be self-determining.’
Sabine Kim 2023

My practice is driven by the belief that dance can foster connection and transformation within communities; informed by body politics, intervention and social change. I often work in non-conventional devising contexts and always advocate for projects that value critical rigor and access. I have taught in educational settings at every level and delivered long-term projects at alternative provisions for people with disabilities or who have been displaced by the system; responding to the specific needs and desires of the group. I am a qualified Arts Award Advisor (see ‘Care In Action’ and ‘NEST’ as examples of that process).
